This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Set objectives, define the scope and deliverables; develop project plans, establish milestones, budgets, and resource allocations, while tracking progress through regular reporting.
• Serve as the liaison among business units, IT, external partners, and SAP; conduct workshops, clarify requirements and priorities, and address escalations effectively.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage risks; ensure compliance with standards, maintain test quality, and oversee documentation.
• Organize and lead requirements workshops, as well as coordinate training for key-users and end-users.
• Oversee all testing phases, manage bug resolution, and prepare for, execute, and stabilize the project post Go‑Live.
• Track the project budget and supervise external consultants.
• Ensure continuous alignment with management and the steering committee.
• 3–5 years of experience in delivering or leading IT/SAP projects.
• Optional experience with SAP implementations, rollouts, migrations, process optimizations, and a fundamental understanding of SAP modules.
• Proven experience as a (sub-)project manager, PMO, or workstream lead responsible for teams, service providers, and stakeholders; strong knowledge of both traditional and agile project management methodologies.
• Skilled in eliciting and analyzing requirements, facilitating workshops, and mediating between business and IT.
• Demonstrated experience in planning and overseeing test phases, conducting root-cause analysis, prioritizing defects, ensuring quality assurance, documentation, and obtaining sign-offs.
• Proficient in budget planning and control, managing external partners, and preparing/evaluating proposals or Statements of Work (SOWs).
