• Overseeing the planning and execution of the project.

• Assisting in the establishment of project scope, objectives, and outcomes.

• Identifying project tasks and the necessary resources.

• Creating comprehensive project plans.

• Bringing together and organizing project team members.

• Overseeing the project budget.

• Managing the allocation of project resources.

• Designing and scheduling project timelines.

• Monitoring project deliverables daily using appropriate CRM and Professional Services Automation tools.

• Offering guidance and support to the project team.

• Tracking and reporting on the project's progress to all stakeholders.

• Delivering reports that outline project status, challenges, and solutions.

• Executing and managing project adjustments and interventions to meet project objectives.

• Assessing projects and evaluating their outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required.

• 2-4 years of experience in leading complex software implementations throughout the entire project life cycle.

• A demonstrated history of successful project implementation within a software context.

• Experience in managing project teams.

• Exceptional client-facing skills.

• Familiarity with project management tools like MS Project and Professional Services Automation tools.
