This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• You will serve as the creative architect behind our Social Media Ads — guiding the process from the initial idea to the final video production.

• You conceptualize and oversee projects from start to finish.

• You meticulously plan and coordinate our shoots, considering every detail.

• You assist in organizing props and scouting for ideal filming locations.

• You showcase your concepts during client meetings, effectively communicating your vision.

• You take full responsibility for communication and comprehensive project management for our video initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A strong intuition for compelling content.

• Experience in an agency environment, directing, or creative leadership is highly advantageous.

• Ideally, a completed degree focusing on Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, Marketing, or Digital Media — either a Bachelor's or Master's.

• Relevant professional experience in marketing and/or creative sectors.

• Exceptional organizational abilities, preferably with prior project management experience.

• A driven attitude and eagerness to invest effort and learn new skills.

• Capability to work autonomously and a strong desire to grow.

• A keen interest in developing and sharing social media advertising content.

• Knowledge of consumer psychology.

• A solid grasp of various social media platforms.
