Program Manager, Security Business Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as an information security subject matter expert, guiding cross-functional teams in engaging with customers and partners to foster trust and expand our business.

• Serve as the primary contact for all go-to-market related inquiries.

• Work independently, spearheading large-scale initiatives to implement and manage tools and automation across various teams and functions, collaborating with stakeholders across different disciplines and time zones.

• Identify and assess information security control deficiencies and supervise remediation efforts in collaboration with control owners.

• Create information security policies and standards aligned with cybersecurity framework guidelines.

• Develop, define, and report on the health of the team’s program and success metrics, providing insights to management to assist in shaping strategic direction.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are an expert in information security frameworks, practices, policies, standards, and procedures (e.g., NIST CSF, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2 or equivalent).

• You understand how to balance business needs with security requirements, concentrating on business outcomes.

• You have more than 5 years of experience collaborating with customers and partner businesses, engineering, security, compliance, and legal teams throughout the go-to-market sales cycle.

• You have a proven track record of managing large-scale projects and programs from inception to completion within highly complex operational settings.

• You possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, fostering strong relationships at all organizational levels, from executives to project teams.

• You effectively communicate clear and concise security compliance controls and requirements to external Stripe stakeholders, including security counterparts at global financial institutions.

• You have a solid background in information security operations, risk and control identification, and assessment.

• You are a critical thinker, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about your work.
