• The Programs Manager for France is responsible for coordinating the execution of campaign strategies for LSM within the country.

• Engaging in collaboration, support, and the development of partnerships across France.

• Delivering a clear vision, exceptional project management, and grassroots organizing.

• Enhancing LSM's visibility and contributing to the mission of inspiring and mobilizing the Catholic community.

• A proven track record of 2 to 4 years of experience in non-profit organizations, ideally within faith-based and/or environmental sectors.

• A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in managing staff or volunteers.

• Familiarity with ecological issues, both in terms of their impact and policy, including insights into the fossil fuel industry.

• Experience in a Catholic context and an understanding of French faith-based organizations.

• Ability to thrive in a prayerful, faith-oriented work environment.

• A flexible work environment, including options for remote work.
