Production Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Create, resize, and modify creative assets in various formats, including social media, presentations, digital advertisements, print materials, and event collateral.

• Implement designs in accordance with established brand guidelines and creative direction.

• Generate production-ready files suitable for both print and digital applications.

• Oversee file organization, version control, and management of creative assets.

• Apply diverse client brand standards across multiple simultaneous projects.

• Integrate revisions swiftly and accurately.

• Assist with basic motion graphics and animation projects as required.

• Work collaboratively with designers, project managers, and creative leadership.

• Maintain proactive communication regarding project progress and deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Production Designer, or a related position.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating production design, branding, and multi-format design capabilities.

• Experience in a fast-paced agency or client-service setting.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Capacity to manage multiple projects while adhering to tight deadlines.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

• Comfortable working across various industries and adapting to different brand aesthetics.

• Nice to Have:

• Experience in motion graphics or animation.

• Familiarity with Figma.

• Experience in social-first design.

• Background in supporting event or experiential marketing projects.

• Prior experience working with U.S.-based agencies or clients.
