Production Engineering Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Map, analyze, and document internal processes utilizing BPMN.

• Identify bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.

• Suggest and implement enhancements to boost efficiency and standardization.

• Assist in managing continuous improvement initiatives.

• Facilitate meetings with internal teams to gather and validate processes.

• Create and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for processes and projects.

• Develop and revise procedures, process flows, and work instructions.

• Aid in the deployment and adoption of process management tools.

• Support organizational change efforts and adjust to new processes.

• Provide training on process mapping and standardization.

• Engage in the implementation of continuous improvement projects (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).

• Collaborate with various departments to ensure the execution of suggested improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in Production Engineering, from the 7th semester onwards, with an expected graduation at least 12 months away.

• Availability to work 30 hours per week remotely, with flexible working hours.

• Advanced skills in Excel.

• Prior professional experience in a junior enterprise (empresa júnior).

• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

• Analytical mindset with robust problem-solving skills.

• Enthusiasm for production engineering, business management, and information technology.

• Drive to transform management practices in small and medium-sized Brazilian industries.

• Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong commitment.

• Minimum intermediate proficiency in English for reading and writing.
