Product Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Accountable for evaluating Implementation and Integration requests to assist the Implementation and Operations teams as new clients and products are integrated into EnableComp Systems.

• Identify and communicate product-related issues to support our operations personnel.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

• Familiarity with claims and IT systems is essential.

• A combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered.

• Strong computer skills are required, with proficiency in basic office applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

• Regular and predictable attendance is necessary.

• Proven track record in writing business requirements and/or developing business rule specifications.

• Ability to excel in a dynamic environment while managing multiple projects with competing priorities effectively.

• Demonstrated capability in coordinating and overseeing initiatives and small projects between business operations and IT teams.

• Highly organized with excellent communication abilities.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills are required.

• Must be able to remain stationary for 50% of the time.

• Occasionally required to move around the office to access various office equipment.

• Regularly operates a computer and other office machinery such as a copy/scan/print machine, telephone, and computer.
