Product Solutions Manager – DACH

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Ability to grasp the complexities of clients, ranging from Pre-IPO to FTSE 100 companies, and their environments at a technical level to demonstrate how AuditBoard's platform can address their challenges.

• Engage with C-level prospects to effectively communicate AuditBoard's strategic value proposition and drive business development opportunities to successful closure.

• Participate in executive meetings to establish plans aimed at achieving sales growth, marketing objectives, and sales headcount planning, among others.

• Deliver a compelling demonstration of the AuditBoard suite of products to clients, customized to suit their specific environments, whether through online or onsite meetings.

• Mentor and cross-train internal resources while enhancing the skills and expertise of team members.

• Offer proactive, trusted thought leadership to targeted accounts.

• Attend networking events and conferences to foster relationships that create new business opportunities.


⛳️ Requirements

• 4-9 years of professional experience in Big 4 consulting, Internal Audit, Compliance, and/or Risk Management.

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

• In-depth knowledge of internal audit methodology and internal controls compliance.

• A strong understanding of enterprise risk management is preferred.

• Excellent analytical, diagnostic, critical thinking, and project management skills.

• Strong problem-solving, presentation, and decision-making abilities.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Proven experience in managing and collaborating with auditors.

• Demonstrated experience in managing and working with internal cross-functional teams and product engineering groups is preferred.

• Proven track record of effectively communicating and reporting to senior leadership.

• Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced tech environment.

• Sales experience is NOT a requirement.
