This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Integrate analytics and user research to understand user needs, inspire ideation, and guide product enhancements.
• Suggest practical solutions while estimating both technical effort and business impact.
• Participate in high-level strategic discussions and assist in defining both short-term and long-term roadmaps.
• Take ownership of features from start to finish: addressing problems, designing UI/UX, implementing, testing, and iterating.
• Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity screens using Figma, ensuring meticulous attention to detail from information architecture to micro-interactions and transitions.
• Determine key metrics that your solutions should enhance, and take responsibility for achieving success.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code for iOS (Swift, SwiftUI) and/or backend (Go, Node.js).
• Evaluate the technical, user, and business impact of the features you release.
• Contribute to and maintain best practices in code quality, architecture, and development methodologies.
• Assist in the development and enhancement of our design system.
• Collaborate with AI tools that enhance your creativity and optimize your daily work.
• Proficient programming abilities in iOS (Swift/SwiftUI), with over 4 years of experience.
• Product-oriented mindset: you focus on user needs, think in metrics, and make decisions based on data.
• Capable of quickly prototyping as well as building production-quality systems.
• Strong UI/UX design skills: able to transition from wireframes to refined, high-fidelity screens. Proficiency in Figma is essential.
• Highly analytical: you rigorously test your hypotheses and allow data to inform your priorities.
• Passionate about B2C mobile applications with a proven history of delivering impactful features or products.
• Highly motivated, self-sufficient, and results-driven.
• Fluent in English (French proficiency is a bonus).
