Product Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• You will be instrumental in the creation and enhancement of the Mindly product.

• Gain a profound understanding of user requirements and their critical challenges.

• Develop and assess possible solutions to address these challenges.

• Assist in crafting AI-driven experiences, including workflows and the AI Companion.

• Employ AI-native development methodologies to expedite delivery, experimentation, and product exploration.

• Oversee the complete development process: from recognizing the issue to deploying the final solution into production.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience with React.js and Node.js.

• A product-oriented mindset centered on addressing user issues rather than merely technical solutions.

• Proven experience in developing AI-driven products, LLM workflows, RAG systems, AI agents, or other AI-native applications, or significant experience using AI-assisted development tools as part of your engineering routine.

• Strong engineering principles and the capability to design scalable, maintainable systems.

• Willingness and ability to swiftly acquire new technologies, frameworks, and AI tools.

• Experience in mobile application development will be a significant advantage.
