This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Create and produce printed product materials such as user guides, inserts, instruction sheets, and other in-package collateral.
• Integrate product information, brand standards, photo editing, layout design, and copy formatting into final materials.
• Convert brand strategy and creative vision into cohesive and captivating physical product designs.
• Revise and update existing product designs to align with changing brand standards and compliance regulations.
• Collaborate on innovative bottle and packaging concepts suitable for mass production.
• Ensure all designs adhere to print and production standards.
• Revise packaging and printed materials to meet regulatory requirements, including state-specific updates.
• Work alongside Product and Compliance teams to ensure instructional materials fulfill regulatory, print, and production standards.
• Review both physical and digital proofs to confirm design accuracy, quality, and consistency prior to production.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to guarantee that packaging designs meet manufacturing specifications and production needs.
• Implement packaging designs for product launches and updates under the guidance of the Product Manager and CEO.
• Interpret feedback from Product leadership and make revisions with precision and meticulous attention to detail.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing design workflows, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Produce 3D renderings, mockups, and prototypes to convey design intent and validate manufacturability.
• Maintain organized file systems, version control processes, and documentation for design assets.
• Support the ongoing evolution of the brand while ensuring consistency across products and platforms.
• Prepare final design files for seamless handoff to manufacturing partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 3 years of experience in product, packaging, or brand design.
• Proven experience in designing physical products and in-package printed materials such as labels, packaging, user guides, inserts, and instructional collateral.
• Strong portfolio highlighting packaging, bottle, or physical product design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Experience in preparing dielines, print-ready files, and production documentation for packaging manufacturing.
• Experience in designing for consumer packaged goods (CPG) is preferred.
• Familiarity with bottle design and packaging for mass production is preferred.
• Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven product environments is preferred.
