Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Product Management to strategize and conduct discovery activities (customer interviews, journey mapping, competitive analysis, lightweight artifacts) that elucidate user needs, opportunities, and success metrics.

• Work alongside Product and Engineering teams to convert requirements into user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and prototypes that harmonize user needs, technical limitations, and business objectives.

• Create design deliverables that span the entire fidelity spectrum—from initial concepts to refined specifications—while adhering to design system standards and WCAG accessibility guidelines.

• Employ research, testing, and feedback loops to validate design choices, minimize rework, and balance user value with technical constraints and business goals.

• Maintain a seamless experience within your product area by overseeing development implementation and ensuring consistency throughout the product suite.

• Clearly articulate design rationale to your immediate team and cross-functional collaborators.

• Engage in team workflows, design libraries, and process enhancements; actively take part in design critiques.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4 years of design experience with a robust background, preferably in enterprise B2B applications, demonstrating a strong commitment to high-quality design and exceptional attention to detail.

• A portfolio that highlights previous design projects, showcasing visuals and detailing the design process.

• Enthusiastic about leveraging quantitative data and qualitative research insights to inform design decisions and advocate for optimal user experiences.

• Familiarity with the foundational elements of design systems, which include principles, components, patterns, and accessibility considerations.

• Proficient in UX design tools and methodologies for creating mockups and prototypes, such as Figma, FigJam, Miro, and similar platforms.

• A growth-oriented mindset with a dedication to sharing knowledge and engaging in feedback exchange.

• Experience utilizing AI-driven tools to enhance efficiency.
