Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the design of essential product interfaces, from initial exploration to refined, deliverable outcomes.

• Establish clarity in ambiguous challenges: outline the design strategy prior to diving into solutions.

• Showcase your work with clear context: identify the problem you're addressing, the trade-offs you evaluated, and the feedback you seek.

• Collaborate closely with Product Management and engineering teams to navigate limitations and discover elegant, straightforward solutions.

• Leverage AI tools to enhance prototyping, exploration, and iterative processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in product design, showcasing strong examples of transforming complex workflows into simple, user-friendly experiences.

• A preference for simplicity. You can identify when a design is overly complicated and know how to simplify it.

• Exceptional visual and interaction design skills, influenced by current trends in AI.

• Structured design thinking: you can explain the rationale behind your choices and assist others in navigating trade-offs, rather than merely presenting alternatives.

• Outstanding collaboration abilities: you listen attentively, accept constructive feedback, and view design reviews as opportunities for improvement rather than a platform for pitching.

• Comfortable with uncertainty and able to make progress without fully detailed briefs.

• Experience in high-growth startups where speed and iteration are critical.

• Extensive knowledge of utilizing the latest AI tools and processes to enhance your workflow and collaboration across the organization.

• Experience designing for healthcare, clinical, or other expert-user workflows (preferred).

• Familiarity with transitioning design prototypes to production using AI-assisted coding workflows (preferred).

• Experience with AI/ML product interfaces (conversational UI, intelligent suggestions, agent-based workflows) (preferred).
