Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• We are seeking a Product Designer with a strong background in application design, ideally with experience in more intricate applications.

• Your role will extend beyond just design or UX research; you will actively participate in ongoing discussions with various domain experts in areas such as privacy, cryptography, decentralized networking, governance, and more.

• As a Product Designer, we expect you to possess strong visual skills, ensuring both exceptional design and effective UX implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Figma (or a similar tool).

• Experience in building and managing a component library.

• Familiarity with auto-layout and properties.

• Ability to provide clear specifications with annotations for developers.

• Well-organized designs with structured pages and consistent naming conventions.

• Capability to create prototypes (e.g., using Framer).

• Fast prototyping skills are essential, as many team members may not have time to fully grasp static designs during discussions.

• Strong communication skills between development and design teams, both in conversation and through design documentation.

• Highly self-motivated and driven.

• Eager to learn and grow continuously.

• Fluent in English.

• Dependable and capable of meeting deadlines ahead of schedule.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.

• Ability to collaborate within a diverse, multidisciplinary team.
