• On a typical day, you will…

• - Lead comprehensive design efforts: from defining problems to delivering high-fidelity, production-ready user interfaces with intricate interactions, flows, and micro-interactions.

• - Evolve our Design System: advocate for reusable patterns that guarantee consistency and quality throughout the platform.

• - Collaborate with PMs, engineering, and research teams to frame problems, validate hypotheses with users, and deliver high-quality experiences in tight timelines.

• - Design for interactive AI experiences: ensuring human involvement in workflows. Help define how AI-driven tasks, autonomous actions, and intelligent automation can be perceived as trustworthy, transparent, and beneficial.

• - Experiment with AI in your workflow: including prototyping, ideation, and synthesizing research. We value designers who leverage AI as a tool for creative enhancement.

• - Contribute to team development: mentor peers, refine processes, and challenge current methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong skills in interaction and visual design, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in typography, layout, color, and motion.

• Product-focused thinking, with a proven ability to align business objectives with user needs through a data-driven methodology.

• Systems thinking capabilities: the ability to scale detailed solutions across different applications and platforms while maintaining coherence.

• Comfort in navigating ambiguity and structuring undefined problem spaces.

• A scientific approach to design: developing hypotheses, conducting experiments, and validating solutions using both qualitative and quantitative research.

• Experience in designing complex user interfaces for technical users in a B2B SaaS context.

• Experience in contributing to or managing a Design System at scale.

• Ability to clearly articulate design rationale and persuasively defend ideas to various audiences.

• A genuine curiosity about AI, including insights into how agentic and human-in-the-loop experiences should function.

• Advanced proficiency in English.
