Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete process from initial user data to delivered features.

• Analyze PostHog and Google Analytics to pinpoint areas of user drop-off.

• Address the top three friction points to reach an 85% satisfaction rate.

• Leverage Figma, Claude, and Framer for quick prototyping.

• Spearhead the transition of PrimeVue components into a unified Figma library.

• Partner with the frontend team to reduce design-to-code handoff time by 40%.

• Conduct user interviews and engage with engine shops.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in SaaS Product Design.

• Proficient in Figma (Auto-layout, Components, Tokens) at an expert level.

• Strong grasp of the PrimeVue ecosystem.

• Comfortable utilizing PostHog to support design decisions.

• Experience with AI tools to enhance workflow.

• Self-motivated and independent.

• Flourishes in a Kanban work environment.
