Product Design Director – Doctors & Clinics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• You will take the lead in designing the entire experience for doctors and clinics on Docplanner, including the practice management tools they utilize to manage their daily operations, the AI components that assist them during consultations and beyond, as well as how they discover and expand their presence on our platform.

• You will have the opportunity to recruit and develop your own team from the very beginning.

• You will collaborate closely with engineering and product leadership as an equal partner — not merely a service provider.

• You will engage directly with users of your creations, uncovering insights they may struggle to articulate, and transforming those into simple solutions that seamlessly integrate into their workflow.

• You validate your designs with user feedback.

• You consider user behavior, not solely the interfaces.

• You have experience leading design for a genuine product.

• You have successfully mentored designers and elevated the standards of the design function.

• You can demonstrate measurable impact rather than just showcasing artifacts.

• AI is an integral part of your design process.
