This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee the entire recruitment and selection process, from posting job openings to hiring the chosen candidates.
• Design and implement Organizational Development initiatives aimed at continuously enhancing processes and the workplace environment.
• Manage the company's benefits offerings, ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant legislation.
• Carry out employee performance assessments, pinpointing areas for improvement and recommending actions for career development.
• Lead the Human Resources team, ensuring staff development and training are prioritized.
• Promote effective communication between employees and various company departments, fostering a collaborative and productive workspace.
• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Pedagogy/Education, or Sociology.
• Prior experience in People Management, Recruitment and Selection, Organizational Development, Benefits Administration, and Performance Evaluation.
• Familiarity with labor and social security laws.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and adaptable mindset, capable of navigating challenging situations and ongoing changes.
