Process Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Provide training for customers' operating and maintenance personnel on the operation, processes, and functionalities of BHS corrugated equipment.

• Create tailored training plans and materials that cater to customer requirements, encompassing both formal classroom instruction and informal, on-the-spot guidance.

• Work collaboratively with customer staff to ensure a thorough understanding of BHS equipment capabilities.

• Take an active role during the startup and enhancement stages of our advanced corrugating equipment at customer locations.

• Execute other related responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• An associate’s degree in engineering sciences or comparable experience in the corrugated sector is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with personnel at all levels.

• A friendly, coaching-oriented demeanor with a passion for public speaking and the capability to engage adult learners.

• A curious and analytical approach to independently learn and understand new machinery operations as necessary.

• Prior experience in the corrugated industry in an operational, production, or supervisory capacity is advantageous.

• Willingness to travel frequently across North America, with occasional trips to Europe.

• Must possess a valid driver's license and passport.

• Proficient in Microsoft applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

• Physical capability to stand and walk for extended durations, perform bending and twisting motions, lift and handle objects weighing at least 30 pounds, navigate equipment, climb ladders and stairs, and work in varying temperature conditions at customer sites.
