Process Automation and Optimization Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and enhance current processes across various departments (such as Sales/Customer Support, etc.)

• Minimize manual tasks by leveraging automation tools and AI-driven solutions

• Manage technical inquiries in internal communication channels, addressing issues related to platforms like HubSpot, Aircall, Stripe, and others

• Investigate tools, workflows, and technical solutions to meet business requirements

• Develop and implement new processes aimed at boosting operational efficiency

⛳️ Requirements

• Mid-level expertise in automation, process enhancement, or operational management

• Proficient in English at a B2 level or above

• Demonstrated capability to quickly grasp new tools and systems

• Experience in independently utilizing documentation and troubleshooting resources

• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences

• Strong sense of ownership and self-motivation

• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and effectively organize personal tasks

• Strong communicator who can clarify technical subjects to non-technical stakeholders, self-driven, proactive, and ownership-oriented.

• Comfortable engaging with stakeholders and capable of planning and prioritizing personal tasks efficiently.
