Process Automation and Optimization Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Assess and enhance current processes across various departments (such as Sales, Customer Support, etc.)

• Minimize manual tasks through the utilization of automation tools and AI-driven solutions

• Address technical inquiries via internal chats, including troubleshooting issues related to platforms like HubSpot, Aircall, Stripe, and others

• Investigate tools, workflows, and technical solutions to meet business requirements

• Develop and implement new processes aimed at boosting operational efficiency

⛳️ Requirements

• Intermediate experience in automation, process enhancement, or operations

• Proficient in English at a B2 level or above

• Demonstrated capacity to quickly acquire new tools and systems

• Experience working autonomously with documentation and troubleshooting resources

• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences

• Strong sense of ownership and self-motivation

• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and effectively organize personal workload

• A strong communicator capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical audiences, self-driven, proactive, and ownership-oriented.

• Comfortable working with stakeholders and proficient in planning and prioritizing personal tasks.
