This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements from legacy Word documents and translate them into structured Vault environments.
• Ensure data alignment and consistency throughout the validation lifecycle by reconciling customer-specific metadata.
• Manage staged data and execute bulk data loads for customer workshops and process exercises.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on best practices for importing and utilizing Validation Management in digital workflows.
• Create and maintain libraries of digital records and examples to aid customer implementations of application templates.
• Develop and take ownership of specialized tools and methodologies essential for migrating and managing relevant data across Vault environments.
• Carry out billable project work across various service tiers, from artifact mapping to enterprise-level deployments.
• Collaborate with strategy, services, and business consulting teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience that demonstrates a thorough understanding of validation processes across computer systems, equipment, cleaning, and more.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in life sciences validation, with a strong technical grasp of CSV/A and CQV lifecycles for facilities, utilities, and manufacturing equipment.
• Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing consulting or billable professional services role, capable of leading technical workshops and advising executive stakeholders.
• Experience in mapping intricate customer business processes into standardized data languages to facilitate the transition to paperless validation models.
• Solid knowledge of risk-based qualification approaches and industry standards such as ASTM E2500, ISPE Baseline Guides, and Annex 15.
• Proficient in bulk data loading tools and managing data integrity within cloud-based platforms.
• Strong analytical abilities to identify configuration gaps between legacy customer data and system templates.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Bioengineering, Electrical, or a related technical discipline).
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for key customer engagements and internal meetings up to 30%, with typical travel averaging around 15%.
