This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements from legacy Word documents and translate them into structured Vault environments.
• Align customer-specific metadata to ensure data consistency and coherence throughout the entire validation lifecycle.
• Perform bulk data uploads and oversee staged data for client workshops and process exercises.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients regarding best practices for importing and utilizing Validation Management for digital workflows.
• Create and sustain libraries of digital records and examples to aid clients in implementing application templates.
• Develop and take ownership of specialized tools and methodologies necessary for migrating and managing pertinent data across Vault environments.
• Deliver billable project work across various service tiers, ranging from artifact mapping to enterprise-level implementations.
• Collaborate with strategy, services, and business consulting teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience that demonstrates a thorough understanding of validation processes across computer systems, equipment, cleaning, and more.
• Over 5 years of experience in life sciences validation with a comprehensive technical grasp of CSV/A and CQV lifecycles for facilities, utilities, and manufacturing equipment.
• Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing consulting or billable professional services role with the capacity to lead technical workshops and guide executive stakeholders.
• Proven ability to map intricate customer business processes into standardized data languages to facilitate transitions to paperless validation models.
• Strong understanding of risk-based qualification methodologies and industry standards such as ASTM E2500, ISPE Baseline Guides, and Annex 15.
• Proficient in bulk data loading tools and managing data integrity within cloud-based platforms.
• Excellent analytical skills for identifying configuration discrepancies between legacy customer data and system templates.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Bioengineering, Electrical, or a related technical field).
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for key customer engagements and internal meetings up to 30%, with typical travel around 15%.
