Process Analyst – Mid-level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct process mapping and diagnostics to identify areas for improvement and propose actionable recommendations.

• Oversee comprehensive improvement initiatives, from defining problems to executing and monitoring outcomes.

• Establish and track performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with departmental goals, and create dashboards featuring actionable metrics to aid in decision-making.

• Guarantee the quality, consistency, and reliability of data utilized in processes, metrics, and automation efforts.

• Implement automation and technological solutions, including Artificial Intelligence applications, to enhance efficiency and foster operational improvements.

• Navigate effectively in uncertain environments, structuring challenges, engaging stakeholders, and advocating for the adoption of process and workflow management tools and practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related disciplines.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in process mapping and executing process enhancements with measurable results.

• Proficiency in process automation, including the use of triggers, flows, and system integrations.

• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.

• Familiarity with process modeling tools.

• An analytical, data-driven mindset.

• Experience using data analysis tools (Excel, Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar).

• Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.

• Background working in technology companies or fast-paced settings.

• Preferred: Knowledge of scripting languages for automation (e.g., Google Apps Script, Python, VBA, or similar).
