Process Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Reviewing and validating the outputs generated by Mimica’s AI and Machine Learning algorithms; the AI will continuously learn from your feedback.

• Evaluating the quality and readiness of each map for release through the use of checklists and documentation.

• Providing consistent status updates and working with both internal and external stakeholders to address workflow-related or systems-related issues.

• Identifying gaps and suggesting enhancements and new feature additions for our products and internal tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in a quantitative or analytical discipline, such as Industrial Engineering, IT, economics, or a related field.

• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English – expressing key points and solutions clearly and coherently, both verbally and in writing.

• A conceptual understanding and familiarity with various corporate processes and functions.

• Attention to detail coupled with analytical skills and the capability to interpret large volumes of data.

• Exceptional organizational skills – able to prioritize, track multiple tasks, and manage time efficiently.

• A self-starter mindset and experience in completing work independently with minimal supervision.

• A strong desire to learn and continuously enhance your knowledge of our technology and products.
