PRN Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with a small, interdisciplinary team consisting of a psychiatric physician, an RN Director, and a CNA to deliver high-quality care to our Older Adult patients as per their needs.

• Provide therapeutic services through group, individual, and family therapy sessions within a geriatric intensive outpatient setting.

• Engage in community education initiatives for local medical facilities and various community groups, emphasizing the significance of behavioral health for all, particularly for older adults.

• Collaborate with the program team to organize treatment team meetings; create and revise patient-centered treatment plans; and ensure compliant documentation is completed within a specified timeline.

⛳️ Requirements

• Licensure: A valid License in Social Work or Counseling as acknowledged by the state, which may include LISW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc. – required
