• Spearhead the creation of a strategic business plan for the Appalachian Basin region focusing on the Oil & Gas, Energy, Industrial, and Tech/Data Center sectors.
• Enhance and broaden client relationships, resources, and sub-sector markets within our existing business framework in the Appalachian Basin region.
• Oversee and expand one or more key client Account Management initiatives.
• Cultivate and sustain a diverse array of client relationships across the private market sector and geographical areas.
• Recognize and seek out business development opportunities that align with our vision and strategic objectives.
• Propel revenue growth across our full range of services and advocate for an integrated service strategy.
• Collaborate with business leaders to achieve targets for net revenue, gross margin, and operating income across our business lines.
• Foster the development of a high-performing team.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Geology, or a related science discipline.
• Over 15 years of pertinent experience in the Oil and Gas sector, especially with upstream and midstream companies.
• More than 10 years of experience in multi-disciplinary project management.
• Proven track record in managing multiple clients and projects, along with drafting proposals, quotes, and bids.
• The project work will be diverse in nature, though experience in upstream, transmission pipeline, data center development, and permitting and compliance programs is preferred.
• Exceptional leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• A strategic mindset and strong leadership qualities.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Must possess a proactive approach with a 'get it done' attitude.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
