Principal SAP Public Cloud Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the delivery of projects and serve as a senior contact point for SAP Public Cloud Finance and Controlling initiatives.

• Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops with senior client stakeholders, converting business needs into optimal SAP Public Cloud solutions.

• Offer principal-level functional knowledge across Finance and Controlling processes within SAP Public Cloud.

• Mentor and support the career growth of both senior and junior consultants within the Finance practice.

• Manage relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

• Contribute to project governance, risk management, and quality of delivery across multiple concurrent projects.

• Assist in scoping and planning upcoming H2 implementations to secure successful project initiation.

• Advocate for SAP best practices and continuous improvement within project teams.

• Travel as necessary to support client engagements throughout Australia.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive consulting experience is vital, demonstrating a successful history of delivering SAP Finance and Controlling solutions.

• Strong practical experience with SAP Public Cloud (S/4HANA Public Cloud).

• Proven capability to lead and conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops with senior stakeholders.

• Strong functional background in Finance & Controlling, with the capacity to work at a principal or lead consultant level.

• Exceptional engagement and communication skills with senior stakeholders, possessing the confidence to steer client decision-making.

• Demonstrated experience in mentoring and enhancing the skills of junior and senior consulting team members.

• Willingness to travel across Australia as needed to support client delivery.

• Experience in Product Costing is highly valued.

• Experience in the manufacturing industry is highly regarded.

• Familiarity with Joint Venture accounting is highly regarded.
