⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Speech AI, particularly in TTS / Voice Generation.

• TTS has been a central focus in recent years.

• Practical experience in training and fine-tuning TTS models.

• Demonstrated experience in deploying ML models in real-world production settings.

• Deep understanding of inference, latency, scaling, monitoring, and reliability.

• Strong overall background in ML (trajectory as ML Scientist / ML Engineer).

• Excellent coding and engineering capabilities.
