This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Design and manage AI-driven pipelines to extract knowledge from enterprise systems, meeting transcripts, and engagement artifacts.
• Oversee and enhance AI agents, focusing on prompt design, evaluation, and performance optimization.
• Establish and monitor quality metrics (accuracy, completeness, error rates) while continuously enhancing pipeline efficiency.
• Ensure the secure management of sensitive data, including automated redaction and adherence to governance standards.
• Create and manage pipelines that transform raw, unstructured data into structured, template-aligned outputs utilizing AI.
• Map the extracted knowledge to specified content model fields, ensuring that outputs are comprehensive, consistent, and ready for production.
• Define structured capture methodologies (forms, schemas, workflows) to guarantee that key context (decisions, constraints, trade-offs) is recorded.
• Normalize and standardize data across various sources while identifying gaps to enhance capture and transformation processes.
• Ensure that structured outputs facilitate AI-driven applications such as retrieval (RAG) and subsequent content generation.
• Collaborate with the Content Model Lead to ensure transformation outputs align with templates and structures.
• Work together with Architecture and Engineering teams to align pipelines with platform data models.
• Identify and address data quality concerns to enhance overall system performance.
• 8+ years of experience in knowledge management, data engineering, information systems, or related disciplines.
• Proven experience with AI/LLM-based workflows in a production environment.
• Proficient in designing data pipelines, structured capture, or transformation procedures.
• Strong analytical abilities with a focus on defining and improving quality metrics.
• Experience collaborating across functions with product, engineering, and domain experts.
• Familiarity with technologies such as knowledge management platforms: Confluence, SharePoint, Notion Enterprise, Gainsight Knowledge, Guru.
• Knowledge of AI/LLM technologies: OpenAI/Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini.
• Experience with workflow and orchestration patterns: ReAct (Reason + Act), Chain of Thought (CoT).
• Expertise in AI operations: prompt design and evaluation, LLM output assessment and benchmarking, model monitoring and QA, vector databases, markdown files.
• Experience in cloud environments: Azure, AWS, Google.
