• Lead Strategic Technical Discovery and Workshops
• Conduct in-depth technical and business discovery sessions with enterprise clients
• Map out systems, integrations, and dependencies to clarify the environment
• Facilitate effective, high-impact discussions that mitigate risk and promote consensus

• Collaborate with Professional Services to ensure alignment throughout the delivery process

• Lead discussions on enterprise data privacy, InfoSec, and systems integration
• Articulate how Introhive interacts with platforms such as enterprise CRMs and downstream AI/Data Lake architectures
• Build trust with both executive and technical stakeholders
• Link Capabilities to Business Outcomes and Value
• Translate complex product capabilities into straightforward value-based narratives
• Identify and communicate high-value, quick-win use cases for immediate results
• Support “land and expand” strategies that generate measurable impact
• Contribute to Strategic Sales, Renewal, and Expansion
• Provide technical leadership on significant deals, renewals, and expansions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Services
• Reconnect solution design to business outcomes for at-risk or strategic clients
• Enhance Consulting Standards
• Exemplify world-class solutioning and discovery practices
• Mentor colleagues and develop reusable frameworks for consistency and impact
• Share insights to enhance technical credibility across the GTM team
• Feed Field Insights Back into Product and GTM Strategy
• Relay recurring patterns, integration gaps, and client challenges to Product and Marketing teams
• Transform on-the-ground intelligence into actionable recommendations for product and go-to-market strategy.
• Over 10 years of experience in solutions architecture, pre-sales, or professional services roles within complex B2B SaaS or enterprise environments
• Extensive knowledge in data, CRM, API integration, and enterprise architecture
• Executive presence; highly skilled in leading strategic and technical sessions with senior stakeholders
• Advanced solution design capabilities grounded in practical feasibility and measurable impact
• Ability to translate business objectives into actionable technical specifications
• Deep understanding of security, privacy, and compliance frameworks
• Strong consultative skills; capable of constructively challenging assumptions and quickly inspiring confidence
• Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Services teams
• Ability to simplify complex information for business leaders while enhancing clarity for technical teams
• A passion for team leadership and mentorship, elevating the technical and consultative standards
• Familiarity with systems like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and associated CRM ecosystems
• Exposure to relationship intelligence, analytics, or data enrichment technologies
• Experience in professional services, legal, or financial sectors
• Understanding of AI-driven or data-automation platforms.
