• Reconnect solution design with business outcomes for at-risk or strategic clients.
• Exemplify world-class solutioning and discovery practices.
• Mentor colleagues and develop reusable frameworks for consistency and impact.
• Share insights to enhance technical credibility across the GTM team.
• Communicate recurring patterns, integration gaps, and client challenges to the Product and Marketing teams.
• Over 10 years of experience in solutions architecture, pre-sales, or professional services roles within complex B2B SaaS or enterprise environments.
• Extensive knowledge of data, CRM, API integration, and enterprise architecture.
• Possess an executive presence; highly skilled in leading strategic and technical discussions with senior stakeholders.
• Advanced solution design capabilities grounded in real-world feasibility and measurable outcomes.
• Ability to translate business objectives into actionable technical requirements.
• Deep understanding of security, privacy, and compliance frameworks.
• Strong consultative skills; able to constructively challenge assumptions and inspire confidence quickly and sustainably.
• Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Services teams.
• Ability to simplify complex topics for business leaders while enhancing clarity for technical teams.
• A passion for team leadership and mentorship, elevating the technical and consultative standards.
• Familiarity with systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and related CRM ecosystems.
• Exposure to relationship intelligence, analytics, or data enrichment technologies.
