Principal Business Consultant – R&D – Regulatory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Drive business development initiatives by identifying and generating new project opportunities, understanding customer challenges and needs, and crafting compelling, distinctive proposals to address these issues and secure new contracts.

• Utilize your network to uncover opportunities, enhance our business, and cultivate new relationships.

• Act as the R&D consulting lead for one of our key enterprise accounts.

• Establish strong and trustworthy relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for both strategic and tactical inquiries.

• Assist in the development of new campaigns, offerings, and thought leadership that set R&D consulting apart in the marketplace.

• Oversee multiple project engagement teams, empowering them to plan and manage all delivery aspects, from scope definition to quality assurance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive management and R&D consulting experience, with a minimum of 10 years.

• Background in Life Sciences, specifically in Regulatory Affairs and Regulatory Information Management.

• A broad network of pertinent stakeholders in leadership roles within the Top 20 Life Sciences companies.

• Proven credibility and experience in engaging with senior-level key customers in the Life Sciences sector.

• A demonstrated history of developing new, high-value, impactful customer engagements.

• Experience in designing and executing digital transformation and R&D innovation/improvement initiatives.

• Comprehensive understanding of the entire R&D value chain.
