This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Independently oversee statistical activities for designated Clinical Trials (Phases 1 to 4), from protocol design through to the results reporting.
• Act as the Statistics function representative on cross-functional trial teams, fostering effective collaboration with all stakeholders.
• Supervise programming tasks and/or contributions from CROs on assigned clinical trials.
• Contribute to or spearhead statistical activities, including Safety Reporting, ISS/ISE, and Publications.
• Utilize SAS and/or R for quality control of datasets, inferential statistical analyses, modeling/simulation, exploratory analyses, and more.
• Provide oversight for junior Statisticians as needed.
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in statistics or a related field.
• Over 9 years of experience supporting clinical trials in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology sectors.
• Capability to work independently, showcasing initiative and adaptability through effective and innovative leadership.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality, paired with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, innovative thinking, and collaborative behaviors.
• Proficiency in SAS programming for quality checking critical outputs, efficacy/safety tables, and close collaboration with Programmers.
• Familiarity with R programming (including R Shiny/Python).
• An experienced Principal Biostatistician with a strong enthusiasm for clinical development and analysis.
• Lead Phase I-IV clinical studies throughout your region.
