Principal AI Process Orchestrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Take charge of client engagements from start to finish: You will represent the engagement, meeting directly with the client’s COO or CEO from the very first week, not after several weeks. You will be responsible for delivering weekly updates, conducting monthly business reviews, and guiding the strategic direction of the project.

• Analyze the business: During the initial 30 days of any engagement, you will gain an understanding of how work flows within the client’s organization. You will create an opportunity map that highlights the 5-10 workflows where AI can significantly enhance the company's economic performance.

• Design the future state: For the 2-3 workflows chosen for transformation, you will conceptualize the revamped version, detailing the roles of humans and agents, identifying handoff points, defining evaluation criteria, and determining success metrics.

• Oversee the implementation: You will define the scope of work, guide the Associate Orchestrators involved in the engagement, review their deliverables, and ensure the first automation is deployed to production within 60 days of the engagement's commencement.

• Expand the engagement: You will recognize when a client requires a Build pod, a Rescue, or ongoing Support, and enlist the appropriate Creative Chaos resource. Transformation serves as the entry point; you will explore the broader potential.

• Take responsibility for the outcome: You will provide reports on measurable client impacts, such as time saved, reductions in error rates, and increases in throughput. Your focus will be on quantifiable results, not just narratives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of experience as a business analyst, solutions engineer, or technical consultant in software delivery, product development, or enterprise SaaS. You have experience bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, having conducted user interviews, mapped workflows, drafted specifications, and taken ownership of the outcomes. You are focused on individual contributions rather than people management.

• Strong AI expertise: Not merely “uses ChatGPT daily.” You have developed and deployed genuine agents. You utilize Claude Code as an essential daily tool, not just a novelty. You possess informed opinions about Cursor vs. Windsurf, LangChain vs. LlamaIndex, and the appropriate use of different MCPs because you have practical experience with all of them. You can identify the right tool for each task and justify your choices.

• Emphasis on portfolio over resume: You can provide a GitHub profile, examples of side projects, deployed agents, and public writing that showcase your work. We do not consider candidates who cannot demonstrate their tangible contributions. A resume alone is insufficient; a repository is essential.

• Proficient in business English with executive presence: You have experience working with or within US or Western companies. You can effectively facilitate a stakeholder workshop with twelve participants without losing control. When entering a US CEO’s office, you command the meeting from the very beginning.

• Inquisitive and driven: You make it a habit to learn a new tool each week in your own time. When faced with a well-defined problem, you explore related areas that may not have been requested. You created something over the last weekend simply to see if you could accomplish it.
