Presales Lead – Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.

📋 Description

• Offer specialized knowledge throughout the presales cycle to comprehend the customer's ecosystem and workflow, ensuring the best solution for them.

• Deliver technical insights during the sales process by showcasing the complete range of product features, including possible applications, product capabilities, and advantages for customers as required.

• Create and present engaging, tailored demonstrations, proofs of concept, prototypes, and other pre-sales materials based on insights acquired about the customer, aligned with Harrison.ai’s technologies.

• Significantly assist in the sales proposal, RFP, and Tender processes across designated regions for all our products and strategies.

• Implement Harrison.ai solutions, which include software installation, configuration, and system testing.

• Collaborate with our healthcare industry vendor partners to establish and sustain integrations for our clientele.

• Design and execute integrations with our partners utilizing messaging standards such as RESTful APIs and HL7.

• Oversee and maintain test environments for issue replication.

• Liaise with customers and internal teams to clarify project requirements.

• Team up with Project Managers to ensure timely project delivery.

• Strategize with and train customer personnel in the deployment of Harrison.ai solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in healthcare informatics and/or medical imaging informatics technologies.

• Several years’ experience engaging directly with external clients.

• Proficient in installing and maintaining Linux operating systems.

• Familiarity with DNS, TCP/IP, SSL, and other networking principles.

• Proficient in English.

• Openness to travel, including internationally.

• Experience and/or understanding of case management tools (Salesforce Service Cloud, Jira) and knowledge base platforms (Confluence, SharePoint).

• Preferred skills and attributes:

• Knowledge of healthcare information protocols, standards, and systems (e.g., HL7, DICOM, PACS, EHR, and/or RIS).

• Experience with AWS and VMWare (certifications are a plus).

• Familiarity with healthcare workflow engines (e.g., Nextgen Connect).

• Experience with containerization platforms (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

• Proficient in SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).

• Experience with Git or other version control systems.
