This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Oversee projects that involve integrating Blackwall products and solutions into the environments of clients and partners.
• Evaluate existing systems architecture and work alongside Architect and Developer teams to suggest solutions or enhancements.
• Address technical challenges as they emerge, and design, adjust, and test technical solutions.
• Offer guidance to development teams and clients, keeping stakeholders informed about technical matters and evaluating the business implications of technical decisions.
• Keep stakeholders updated on product development workflows and engage directly with clients to comprehend their needs, challenges, and specifications.
• Examine client systems or processes to pinpoint areas where Blackwall solutions can provide value.
• Lead product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the functionality of Blackwall products and how they meet client requirements.
• Work closely with sales teams to delineate proposed solutions, focusing on both technical details and business value.
• Provide ongoing third-level technical support to partners, addressing inquiries, concerns, and technical challenges.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Infrastructure, Hosting, or E-Commerce, ideally as a Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect with a customer-centric approach.
• Solid experience in web hosting, firewall management, and web traffic control.
• Comfortable working in a startup environment with a commitment to collective success.
• A proactive mindset towards taking ownership of projects and challenges, managing timelines and deliverables effectively.
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to forge and sustain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across functions in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
• Self-driven contributor who thrives as both an individual and a team player.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
