Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +7 more states.

📋 Description

• Address intricate consumer inquiries and guide first-level representatives on advanced issues.

• Aid policyholders with any billing queries and concerns.

• Offer assistance to policyholders regarding requested policy modifications.

• Cater to policyholders' needs by making recommendations and adjusting as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.

• At least 6 months of experience in customer service.

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Capable of typing a minimum of 25 words per minute.

• Proficient with desktop computer systems and possess general knowledge of Windows-based platforms.

• Experience in customer service and/or sales is preferred.

• College degree is advantageous but not mandatory.
