Planning and Performance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in managing cross-functional, strategic initiatives.

• Create dashboards to track indicators of contract quality.

• Promote continuous improvement by collaborating with various internal teams.

• Conduct analyses to pinpoint opportunities for enhancing contract management and quality.

• Design and oversee the implementation of internal processes to ensure contract quality.

• Completed higher education (Bachelor's degree or equivalent).

• Demonstrated analytical skills, with expertise in strategic, tactical, and operational indicators.

• Previous experience in developing dashboards to monitor performance metrics.

• Flexible profile with strong resilience to change.

• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office.

• Willingness to learn and acquire new skills.

• Prior experience in SaaS companies, fintechs, or B2B technology firms.

• Background in strategy consulting firms.

• Familiarity with SQL, Metabase, BigQuery, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
