Planning Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Perform analyses on past procurement activities to uncover areas for enhancement.

• Collect and verify requirements from the departments making requests.

• Establish the scope and objectives of procurement activities.

• Evaluate market conditions and formulate purchasing strategies.

• Create technical reports and evaluations regarding the implemented strategies.

• Oversee the processes of tendering and contracting.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Management, International Trade, or related disciplines.

• A specialization or postgraduate qualification in the relevant field.

• At least 5 years of experience in procurement.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP (MM module), Power BI, and statistical analysis.

• In-depth understanding of procurement/tender legislation (Law No. 13,303/2016).
