This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.
• Oversee, monitor, and sustain non-qualified benefit plan accounts for clients.
• Accountable for comprehending daily workflow processes essential for client plans.
• Manage daily transactional activities with the Trustee and trading desk.
• Act as the escalation point for participant inquiries from the call center, ensuring the precision of plan recordkeeping.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline or relevant industry experience.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a comparable role within the retirement services industry.
• Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
• Capability to perform under pressure in a dynamic work environment.
