Physician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality adult primary care through video and asynchronous telemedicine (36 clinical hours/week)

• Serve a varied patient demographic, including Medicare and Medicaid recipients

• Work collaboratively with an internal network of specialists

• Leverage AI-driven workflows (including scribe tools, automated routing, and integrated notes) to enhance efficiency

• Play a role in developing clinical guidelines, quality standards, and operational processes as an early team member

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• A minimum of 1 year of telehealth experience - REQUIRED

• Licensed in multiple states covering approximately 40% of the U.S. population (including at least two of these states: CA, TX, FL, NY)

• U.S.-trained physician (MD/DO) - excluding Caribbean medical schools

• Proficient with modern technology tools (Athena, Slack, Zoom, etc.) and eager to use AI in clinical workflows

• Excellent communication skills with patients through video and written formats
