This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Assess and provide treatment for patients experiencing orthopedic, neurologic, sports-related, and work-related issues.
• Deliver specialized care to athletes, active individuals, and those seeking pelvic health services (training will be provided if necessary).
• Create personalized, evidence-based treatment plans aimed at helping patients regain function and achieve their performance objectives.
• Inform patients and their families about injury prevention, home exercise programs, and strategies for long-term wellness.
• Work collaboratively with referring providers, clinic leadership, and support staff to ensure the delivery of seamless, high-quality care.
• Keep accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Engage in a structured mentorship program designed to foster clinical development, specialty growth, and career progression.
• Play a role in nurturing a positive, team-oriented clinic culture that emphasizes patient outcomes and community connections.
• Licensed (or soon to be licensed) Physical Therapist in Washington State.
• Enthusiastic about sports rehabilitation, orthopedics, pelvic health, and active populations.
• Excellent communication and time-management abilities.
