This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Deliver physical therapy services by implementing treatment protocols under the guidance of a physical therapist to assist patients in their care journey.

• Track patients' responses to their care plans and promptly report any changes to the PT.

• Gain insights into patient health by reviewing their charts and analyzing therapy notes and histories.

• Aid patients in their virtual physical therapy programs by instructing, motivating, and assisting them with their care plans.

• Enhance the effectiveness of Vori physical therapists by identifying issues in patient care.

• Record patient care services by documenting in patient records.

• Document other clinically related activities as instructed by your supervisor and Vori Health.

• Ensure legal and accreditation compliance by following policy guidelines pertaining to federal, state, and local regulations as well as JCAHO standards.

• Obtain and maintain multiple state licenses as required by Vori Health (licensure expenses will be covered by Vori Health).

• Continuously expand your knowledge of physical therapy through educational opportunities, reading relevant publications, and networking with professionals.

• Enhance the patient experience at Vori Health through patient-focused virtual interactions.

• Uphold the Vori Health reputation by committing to high-quality standards in physical therapy and exploring ways to add value to your job accomplishments.

• Collaborate with other Vori care team members as necessary to provide comprehensive care and ensure efficient treatment in rehabilitation and physical therapy.

• Meet the company and quality standards as defined by Vori Health.


⛳️ Requirements

• Associate's degree in physical therapy assisting.

• Current, unencumbered PTA license in your home state.

• Reside in a state that participates in the Physical Therapy Compact.

• Experience as an Orthopedic Physical Therapist Assistant: A minimum of 3 years in digital care or outpatient physical therapy clinics evaluating and treating patients with various musculoskeletal pain conditions.

• Proven competence and enthusiasm for digital care delivery or telehealth: Comfort in evaluating and treating patients remotely using a variety of digital tools for care management and experience in administering diverse physical therapy techniques digitally.

• Documented history of aligning patient needs with treatment plans and successfully implementing these plans safely and effectively.

• Strong experience in delivering a wide range of physical therapy techniques through digital platforms.

• A deep sense of empathy and the capacity to encourage patients to challenge their limits in a responsible and safe manner.

• Ability to establish effective therapeutic relationships with patients while demonstrating exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail while navigating custom software during patient care delivery.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Critical thinking skills, adaptability, and the ability to devise innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.

• Skillful at managing expectations while advocating for continuous improvement.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

• Preferred: Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
