Photo Editor – Real Estate, Architectural, High Volume

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• **HDR Processing & Blending:** Combine 3–7 bracketed exposures for each image to create natural-looking HDR photographs using tools such as Lightroom, Photoshop, Enfuse, or Photomatix.

• **Color Correction & Enhancement:** Modify lighting, exposure, color balance, and contrast to meet professional standards for real estate marketing.

• **Perspective & Alignment Fixes:** Correct vertical and horizontal distortions to ensure architectural precision.

• **Retouching & Cleanup:** Conduct minor object removals, reflection cleanups, and sky replacements as necessary.

• **Batch Workflow Management:** Process and organize a considerable volume of images (400–600 daily) while ensuring speed and consistent quality.

• **Quality Assurance:** Assess outputs for color consistency, exposure balance, and alignment with branding.

• **File Delivery:** Export and upload edited image sets to specified folders or client systems, adhering to proper file naming conventions and structure.

⛳️ Requirements

• **QUALIFICATIONS:**

• **Experience:** A minimum of 2+ years in photo editing, ideally in real estate or architectural photography.

• **Technical Skills:** Strong proficiency in Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and HDR processing software (such as Photomatix, Enfuse, Aurora HDR, etc.) is essential.

• **Performance:** Demonstrated ability to manage 400–600 HDR photos daily without sacrificing quality.

• **Attention to Detail:** A keen eye for lighting, shadows, and natural toning is crucial.

• **Workflow Efficiency:** Familiarity with automation or presets to enhance processing speed is preferred.

• **Communication:** Ability to work effectively with remote teams and adhere to detailed editing guidelines.
