Phone Auditor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct audits for Property & Casualty insurance policies, including Workers’ Compensation and General Liability.

• Interact directly with policyholders or their representatives via phone to gather payroll and accounting documentation.

• Precisely assess and apply the appropriate classifications and exposure amounts.

• Oversee tasks assigned through the web-based production system.

• Guarantee accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction in all audit-related activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred knowledge and experience in conducting audits using the Nexus platform.

• Relevant work experience in Insurance, Accounting/Bookkeeping, Payroll, or similar fields.

• An associate or bachelor’s degree focusing on Accounting, Finance, Business, or Bookkeeping.

• Experience in direct public interaction, preferably over the phone.

• Self-motivated individual capable of working with minimal supervision.

• Highly organized.

• Willingness to work from home.

• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate and understand both written and verbal information.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• High School diploma or GED is required.
