This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
• Offer initial assistance for customer inquiries through telephone, email, fax, or other available communication channels.
• Rapidly evaluate user issues and deliver first-level support for resolution.
• Record details pertinent to the resolutions provided.
• Promptly escalate unresolved issues to the relevant department.
• Identify operational challenges and propose recommendations to management.
• Manage requests from patients, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals utilizing the Opus Health program.
• Address card activation, program eligibility, explanations of program benefits, and troubleshoot submission rejections.
• Offer payment assistance options such as co-pay cards or vouchers.
• High School Diploma or its equivalent.
• Experience as a Pharmacy Technician is mandatory.
• Must be HIPAA certified.
• Call center experience is essential; 3+ years is preferred.
• Familiarity with medical claim processing is advantageous.
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week.
• Availability for one of the specified shifts: 8:00 am–5:00 pm EST, 9:00 am–6:00 pm EST, 10:00 am–7:00 pm ET, or 11:00 am EST–8:00 pm EST.
• Capability to work under moderate supervision.
• 100% remote work (work from home—WFH).
