This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Transform raw footage into captivating video advertisements for D2C e-commerce brands.
• Edit and enhance UGC ads, image advertisements, and Video Sales Letters (VSLs).
• Utilize After Effects for motion design, including animated text, refined product visuals, and improved conversion rates.
• Develop compelling hooks within the first two seconds of the video.
• Provide innovative ideas that go beyond mere clicks.
• Work collaboratively with our team of strategists, creators, and coffee lovers.
• Ensure videos are exported to look fantastic across all devices (including the company’s older tablet…).
• Proven experience in video editing specifically for D2C e-commerce.
• Proficient in editing UGC ads, image ads, and VSLs.
• Strong expertise in After Effects.
• A good sense of timing, storytelling, and an understanding of what makes an ad successful.
• A genuine interest in performance marketing and a knack for clean keyframes.
• Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team member.
• Bonus points for a sense of humor, familiarity with meme culture, and the capacity to accept feedback professionally.
