This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Execute functional activities related to the Procure to Pay (PTP) process, including: Purchasing, Pricing/Procedure, and Tax Code Creation;
• Support initiatives related to Tax Reform in SAP;
• Apply and support SAP Notes relevant to fiscal and tax contexts;
• Assist developers with code remediation and new developments;
• Conduct tests: Unit, Integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT);
• Engage in gathering and detailing functional requirements (Blueprint);
• Contribute to the “Back to Standard” initiative for key SAP Brazil localization topics;
• Perform SAP configurations and parameterizations (Customizing/Settings);
• Assist Basis and ABAP teams in applying SAP Notes;
• Conduct training sessions for key users and stakeholders;
• Participate in Hypercare support and post-go-live stabilization;
• Resolve incidents and issues reported by business users;
• Implement improvements, upgrades, and evolutionary demands;
• Review solutions proposed by the team and suggest enhancements;
• Proactively work on identifying and resolving recurring problems;
• Act as the responsible party for specific processes within the SAP functional domain;
• Perform other routines as needed in the area.
• Functional experience with SAP MM;
• Strong understanding of Procure to Pay (PTP) processes;
• Experience with: Purchasing, Pricing/Procedure, and Tax Code Creation;
• Knowledge of SAP integration with other applications;
• Familiarity with SAP Localization Brazil;
• Experience with NFe Inbound;
• Knowledge in pricing and improvements in supply chain processes;
• Experience in projects: Upgrade, Implementation, and Rollout;
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Rise;
• Familiarity with: SAP DRC, Sovos, One Source, and Easyway;
• Experience with SAP Customizing;
• Experience in functional support, troubleshooting, and SAP maintenance;
• Experience working with distributed teams across different regions;
• A completed degree is mandatory.
• Preferred: Experience in projects related to Brazilian Tax Reform;
• Experience in global SAP environments;
• Experience with Hypercare and post-implementation stabilization;
• Advanced knowledge in SAP integration;
• Experience collaborating with Basis and ABAP teams;
